Who are CNR Ambassadors?

CNR Ambassadors are representatives, recruiters, and advocates of the CNR at events across campus, on College tours, in high schools, at transfer schools, and other opportunities throughout Utah and Idaho assisting prospective CNR students.

What do CNR Ambassadors do?

Participate in various recruitment activities during Fall and Spring semesters, including: USU’s Major’s Fair and Scholar’s Day, High School Open Houses: Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, and Washington Counties, Transfer Schools: SLCC, Dixie State, CEU, and Snow, and other community opportunities such as Hogle Zoo Career Fair and Science Olympiad State Competitions. 

How do I join?

CNR Ambassadors are paid positions through the Academic Service Center.  Applications are accepted and Ambassadors are appointed during the Spring semester for the following school year.  Please bring your application to NR 120 or email to nradvise@usu.edu by March 30, 2012.
