Diane is working for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as a Senior Natural Resources Research Scientist. She is involved in a number of projects aimed at protecting aquatic systems in the state, from understanding how invasive aquatic plant species make their way from the horticultural trade into natural waterways to prioritizing barriers for removal or upgrading in order to improve conditions for northern pike. Diane’s role is primarily in assisting with spatial and statistical analysis, though she occasionally makes forays into the field.
